Seated Leg Press

Preparation
-Sit on machine with back on padded support.
-Place feet on platform.
-Grasp handles to sides.

Execution
-Push platforms away by extending knees and hips until knees are fully extended.
-Return until hips are completely flexed.
-Repeat.
