Keep Fit, Lose Weight and Build Muscles

Chest Dips

-Mount wide dip bar, arms straight with shoulders above hands.
-Bend knees.

-Lower body by bending arms, allowing elbows to flare out to sides.
-When slight stretch is felt in chest or shoulders, push body up until arms are straight.

Push Chair

-Sit on seat with chest approximately height of handles.
-Grasp handles with wide overhand grip; elbows out to sides just below shoulders.

-Press lever until arms are extended.
-Return weight until chest muscles are slightly stretched.

Pec Deck

- Sit on machine with back on the pad. Feet against foot rest.
- Place forearms on the padded lever. Bend arms at a 90° angle and keep elbows at chest level.

- Push levers together by squeezing your chest.
- Pause.
- Reverse movement by squeezing your back while pulling the lever until chest muscles are stretched.
- Repeat.
